OK we he a tenative date of MARCH 6th-which is a saturday.
We usually start the games around 6:00-but you can come in and buy into the came at anytime before 8:00pm Here are the basics rules:

We had a blast last year and raised 300.00.
It is a relax atmosphere, no costume required!
Kids can come and watch but due to state laws cannot play in the tournament but we can set up kid card games for them to play!
The time for startup will be around 6:00 pm, we will allow anyone to join in at anytime, up until 8:00.
We will be playing Texas Hold'em:
Set up will be around 6:00, after going over rules and giving info to newbies I estimate Start of Tourney to be 6:30 pm.
Since this is a tourney and ends when the last person has the most chips and that can take awhile, depending on the number of players, anyone can still buy in up until 8:00 pm, we will make exceptions for some and if someone is willing to go with a rebuy value of chips so they can play and give to charity without affecting the flow of the game. Unless they really just want to throw money to charity.
Rebuys will be limited to no more than 3 times, unless as before you are really unskilled but want to throw more money to MDA. This is of course dependent on the number of players. Everyone at least 18 years gets to play!
My estimated finish time will be between 11:00-12:00 If we have an early finish (doubtful)we will just play for fun, the time called will have a winner based on the highest amount a player has left.
FOOD BREAKS:
I will bring some drinks and snacks but I probably won't bring enough so feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to help out!
At anytime a player can skip a couple of hands to munch away. We can't take a full lunch break unless everyone involved wants to as the flow of the game and number of players could dictate this.
We will have a official set of rules that we will be following.

Standard Texas HoldEm Rules will used, with antes, small and big blinds.
We will have a blind increase each hour. We will have a prize for the Grand Champion!
Basic club event rules will be followed, as in no cursing or starting fights.
This is a good old fashion charity night and should be alot of fun.
A startup buy-in will be 20.00, chips will be evenly divided for play. The rebuys will be 10.00 with a half amount of the startup as it is only fair to those still playing.
SO please come out even if you don't know how to play, this is one of the easist poker games to learn or just to watch and enjoy and support our charity for MDA and have great fun night!
