It was so successful before, we're doing it again, this time for the Children's Hospital.
This event will replace the regular Saturday Meeting event.
What:
2nd Bi-Annual JediOKC Bingo Night for Spencer's Children's Hospital
We will have a bingo hopper and cards. This is a family event! Bring your friends too! The more players, the better!

When:
August 25th, We will play bingo from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, because we need to allow time to clean up.

Guidelines:
- Prices will be $3 for one card or $5 for two cards.
- If you win a round, you have to turn in the winning card; you would then have the option to purchase a replacement card.
- We will have three "rounds" of play: 45min., 15min. break, 45min., 15min. break, 45min., 15min break
- One of the rounds will be a Book Drive Round! Each group/family will receive a Free Bingo Card (for that round) for donating 1 or more Star Wars Books for the Children's Hospital (Limit 1 Free Card Per Group/Family).
Prizes:
We are going offer prizes to the winner of each round. But to do this, I will need the help of our members.
Hitting up your local establishments (food, auto, etc.) for gift certificates or prizes is actually very easy to do and quite successful. You could also donate something from your collection, artwork, knitting, etc. We just need prizes. Gift Certificates from your workplace would be acceptable as well. This is not limited to Star Wars prizes.
If you can't make it to the event, but would like to donate something as a prize, please let me know via PM.

You know this wouldn't be a JediOKC event without food.
This year we're going to to a pizza/drink/dessert pot luck.
EACH FAMILY/GROUP THAT COMES TO THE EVENT IS EXPECTED TO BRING ENOUGH PIZZA, 2 LITER BOTTLES AND DESSERT TO FEED THEIR FAMILY. THIS AMOUNT WILL THEN BE SHARED POTLUCK STYLE.
So for example...for a family of four, you might bring one (or two) large pizza (whatever your favorite is), two 2 liter bottles and a box of cookies/brownies.
