Mirdala Jedi Padawan Joined: 03 Dec 2011 Posts: 86 Location: Shawnee, OK I'll still be there all day Saturday and Sunday with Leia's Journey for Leah doll. I've already arranged for crash space. I will be able to be at the table all day both days. I just need to know if Brian is bringing Tony out so I know what costumes to bring.

You'll be a mighty lonely costumed person if you show up at 5 a.m. Also, we plan to start setup at 9 A.M. We're not 100% sure of the location, but we might be in the Dealer Room this year.

dancer143 Jedi Council Joined: 01 Nov 2009 Posts: 346 Location: Tuttle, Ok I got an email from sooner con today saying that the exhibitor's hall won't be open for set up until 10 AM because of something to do with the NBA playoffs. Fortunately for me, I wasn't planning to be there until 11 anyway.

I think this is due to the lack of people able to make it that early (not from us, from the con attendees in general). Set up should begin between 10 and 11. Feel free to help if you can. _________________
