After a couple of weeks of being out of town for trips and holidays, we finally got to get back to the project. This weekend we poured the Hyrdocal into the plastic forms to create the bucks. This will allow us to create more accurate bucks to pull from. Here's the forms before and after the pours.

After allowing the pours to set for an hour or so, we extracted the bucks from the forms to allow the to dry more thoroughly.

And here's all the finished bucks.

We'll now go back through the bucks and shape and sand them to make the profiles and edges smoother and sharper. In another week or so we should be pulling finished, ready to trim armor pieces.
