Continuing on with producing the molds, I got some help from some of my fellow club members and costumers. On Sunday, Rick (Darthwalls) came over and help paste and sand the foam molds. Last night, on Tuesday, Rick (SMGToy), Austin (Fettsbounty) and Len (Redneckjedi) came over. We got alot done on both days. The methods and materials used are still the same.

We have now completed rough forms for: Hand (two molds - both arms), Inner and Outer Forearm (four molds - both arms), Elbow (one mold), Front and Back Bicep (two molds) and the Shoulder Bell (one mold). I have also glued and cut the Front and Back Thigh and plan on working on them tonight. Rick (Darthwalls) is supposed to come back over tonight so I'll probably have him start sanding the rough forms down to see where we need to fill any divots. All in all, for three days worth of work, having ten molds in rough form is great progress. I'll update with more pics as we work through this.
